Why should people help you? Just for the credits? Here's a secret hint: Credits are absolutely worthless. Especially when you consider that those people could simply create games on their own without you. They could put themselves into the credits 1000 times.
Unreal Software doesn't host games made by others.
You didn't tell us much about the actual game. Imagine this scenario: You are a programmer and a random kid asks you to program an "action adventure role playing game, not less than 6-8 mb" and the kid won't give you anything for that (besides entirely worthless credits). Would you say "Hooray! Cool! I'm in!"?! I hope not because only idiots would say that.
In short: You are asking for "professional" people and you are offering nothing. Neither enough information nor payment. Doesn't work. Well you could start by either trying to script for some games to start understanding the whole programming and scripting mechanism better but ye.. asking for others to do something to you with no payment is dumb.
You could also ask someone to teach you, if the person is kind enough. Luckily I have a tutor (and am extremely thankful for him taking his valuable time to help me) Try make a game with gamemaker , search on google , download , install and use it , its a easy game program , i dont maked a game , because i havent enough graphic skills and no free time 
, it have two easy and good tutorials , that in 1h - 2.5 h. you learn how make a game , its too easy make a game with this program , ... If you want to make a game I suggest you to learn programming games in Java, not because I personally am forcing you to code in it but I'm implying that you should because you can program lots of things in Java.

Eventually you'll become a good game designer one day (maybe) and you will design games like birdmanpete14 who is a user on YouTube. He has created a Red Alert / Starcraft Style RTS game in Java. Which seems kind of cool. It just requires lots of working hours and lots of practice to make a game like this one. Hope that helps you somewhat on a good way though

People can make games by theirself as they find it better like DC for example. -Berry- I imply you to do the same, else try to go into other game design community's and ask further questions there. There's always another way to get started with a game design project, good luck. Seriously tho, no one will make you a game, you can just eat your useless credits.

i just need "some" scripting but also "some Professional" Scripting.we're willing to pay a little ($40-$50 varies on your work)
My friends knows how to program a game in java too
but im assigned to find scripters to actually do some
scripting to the sprites that im making
(im assigned to do the sprites)
so if you ever tell me to get the f*** out
im glad to leave with honor(cause ive played
cs2d for a looong time but only
recently registered)

Make a game with The Games Factory -> mod some game with scripts -> make own scripted game for example with LÖVE2D -> learn some powerful language and make pro game by yourself.
Anyway. My advice for you is to learn Android programming. Actually games for Android are really popular and many people earn much money from them.

That doesn't mean you can't be decent programmer. There are decent programmers, who do it just for hobby. But they usually are working on their own projects. DC for example. @ mafia_man:
