Try following way (with english words, I don't know the bulgarian ):
File Dialogues Tool settings (shortcut is Ctrl+Shift+T). A new window with the options appears.
With drag&drop you can get the options into the GIMP Window where they were before. (the mouse becomes a hand pointing to the left when you get over the options title, then you have to click and hold the left mousebutton and move the mouse over the old optionspanel. There you can release the mousebutton)
new...
open file....
open URL....
soon open images...
flash with camera.....
options....
windows.....
quiting program..... i search all control panel and i cant find the options for this wait im trying again in search and find it......
Robin:and i already telled i reinstaled it and it is still like that
(forgot load my account, im Robin)
skiper has written
but thats for choising to add a shark new shark for example
what the heck is a shark?
Go File->Windows->Brushes,then File->Windows->Patterns,then File->Windows->Gradients, then drag them over each other to dock, then drag the window over the lower (empty) part of the main window to dock.
if you don't get this, try the following:
Close Gimp
Open the Explorer
Switch to C:/Documents and Settings/your name/
Delete everything with "gimp" in its name (if you don't see any, tell the explorer to show all hidden files). Also check the Subfolders!
Start Gimp again. It should tell you to set up some settings, like after a virgin setup.
Be more carefull. You can easily close windows. Never press any [x]-button except the one on top of the main window or the image window!
2. Then there opens the window toolsettings.
3. Drag this window
(at the name of the tool you currently selected, the mouse cursor should change if you go there)
onto the main window
(on this little bar between the tools and the empty field).
Now it should be there on the empty field.
4. And now click on this arrow-to-left next to the x-button of the toolsettings. There you can add the other tabs.
Excuse my bad english description
