About _oops's report, I think it is about light engine too.
A, and sometimes latters looks like blured.. for example in a word "JUST" , J will be black coloured and bad visible.
As it seems not only the people who are playing on this shitty Iran Town server are completely retarded, even the guy who created the script seems to be dumb as fuck, lol.
Anyway, this still hasn't been fixed yet... even though I already reported this 2 years ago.

Ur problem, maybe you needed this moment to be reloaded. Between You - and server. The same as in high ping servers, you can see if u reload it would be reload bar stay for some ms in the end:

Oh yeah, fun fact. Not only a shitload of people playing on the Iran Town server are cheating without getting banned, even the Iran Town server owner himself uses cheats.
How to cause this bug?
Start sv
equip 1 11 on console
mp_infammo 1 should be enabled (as I tested without it and worked fine)
Shoot the weapon til it gets empty
before the reload action ends write in console "equip 1 11" again.
The XM1014 will never stop reloading.
That way you got some infinite charged ammo XM1014.

Also I think you have to get an second primary weapon... but I'm really not sure exactly how to cause this bug.
EDIT: Figured how it works > when you equip a weapon that you already have, the ammo of the weapon gets full, with this new reload system you equip the new XM and it will add 7 ammo, if you are reloading then you will have 7+1/2 from the reload action. The reload system tries to reach to 7 ammo, and obviously will still adding bullets to the eternity (unless you shoot or change weapon)

Okay the next bug is with items id. When you place an item id which is not exist in the game - it will be like a empty item.. And in the console will be id of non-existing weapon item id(13 - The video shows everything perfectly):

Yes, i used a table which not allow me to spawn these items and mark them as "Empty" for my case boxes.
And would be good if you make that. Bcs it will be one "itemid" (when you using "items" in the console)

When you active the mp_antispeeder,and someone with ping 250 - 450 will lag and detected by mp_antispeeder he was speedhacking.He gets kicked.I wonder i dont want to active mp_antispeeder if laggers want joins my server.
