Erase the login data then press "Okay". Then, refill it again.
Restart CS2D.
Close CS2D, repair your connection, open CS2D. (Only in WinXP.)
Restart your router.
Restart both your PC and your router.
Cry and beg for mercy.

@ RaZZe: Please erase your username & password in CS2D.After that, you rename again your username and password.
PS : You must type them CORRECTLY

The password gets reset when the options get saved ('Okay' button)
A workaround:
Download the older version (0.1.2.1) and put it into the same folder with a different name, do your options there, start the new version and just don't touch the options
