Every smoke effect, that being smoke grenades, gun fire smoke, spray smoke, any smoke particles really, just floats to the top of the map, its really weird... anyone have a fix?

Disable Scroll Speed/Tiles on Tools section when you're editing a map

zazz: smoke effects and tile effects is different things.
Find entity "Info_Storm" and check it's direction and storm speed(on map).
