im wondering what the cs2d community thinks about this subject though, dont replay if you dont know what Elites or preditors are.

29 repliesim wondering what the cs2d community thinks about this subject though, dont replay if you dont know what Elites or preditors are.
They also count with a big arsenal, good armor and they are way strong.
If at any time their shoulder cannon fails,they got their recall disk, if lost they have their retractable spears (the ones that minimize and enlarge) they can throw that one too, if thrown, they still have their wrist blades.
And also the Pratorians (wich are the elite of Predators) are a small one-man army.
and Elites have a pretty large arsenal themselves, Plasma pistol can overcharge and burn a hole threough an armored marine, plasma rifle kills in one or 2 hits, energy sword (doesnt need explanation), and beam rifle which is a plasma sniper, and those are just a few of the elites weapons. Dont forget the elites are much bigger and stronger then preditors. Averge Elite is bout 8-9 feet tall. I really dont see how unshielded, light armor, and a few throwing disks is gonna take down an elite, only good weapon they have is the plasmacaster.

as you can see, Elites seem to have every advantage, height( over 8 feet tall), strength( they can flip armored vehicals), numbers, and superior weaponry. My money is on the Elites.
heres a pic to show you just how big they are, the human standing next to it is almost 7 feet tall.

i dont get it? How can anyone survive a nuke? If your not instantly vaporized, youll die from radiation. Nuclear explosion is no joke, its very deadly, unless you have an encrediably powerful shield or something.
Its not a tie, they don't lose or win.

well not a shiedl exactly, but a nuke-proof hermetic chamber will do the jobb but only to survive the explosion, if you go out the radiation kills you, slowly but painful. In that case I rather like to die in the explosion than radiated

Well, does anyone notice that Predator has cloak(invisible)?
Elites can't cloak, when a Predator is going to kill an elites, they use their cloak and kill them.
Besides I don't think that tjey will be just hanging aroud their shields all over the place, and if they do, I don't think they can manage to block every single laser bolt, and if they mage to block them, the shield will eventually bevcome weak to finally disapear so there would be a hole on the elite one way or another.
