I had this problem too in the past (a year ago) joining a server of my friend and seems when i log off my us account is working but when i log in it's doesn't working (however i can't remember exactly how my friend fixed that problem) .

Did you tried to join other servers if it has same problem?
If not then this is the problem of the server itself that you're connected.

This might happen from time to time when certain timeouts are reached (either in your client, the U.S.G.N. masterserver or the server you're trying to join). It might also have other reasons. It shouldn't happen often and it shouldn't happen at all when everything goes well but there's still a chance that it happens.

√ Just try again
√ If it still does not work: Click the little arrow in front of your login name to force a re-login and try again afterwards
